Miss Masque has seen plenty of additional action in recent years.

AC Comics has given her a solo book devoted to her in 2003 or 2004, but only for one issue: www.comics.org/details.lasso?id=360045

Jim Krueger & Alex Ross used her in their Dynamite Comics series 'Project: Superpowers', where her name was changed to 'Masquerade'.

And Image Comics used her in a walk-on the 'Stardust the Super-Magician' story in the first issue of 'The Next Issue Project', a series of books that produces a lost issue of a defunct Golden Age Anthology in each issue!

I hope you get this all down!

So she's what -- about 80 now? And still putting on a sexy costume to fight crime? This "no superhero is left behind stuff geta a little ridiculous, doesn't it?

If she changed her name, how do you know it's her?

Thanks for posting, but yeah, it sure does get a little ridiculous, doesn't it? It's not hard to create a new superhero. Why cling to the ones that have already failed in the market?

But -- thanks for posting. I'll check into it, and see if it's appropriate to add a few words to the last paragraph.

P.S.
The "New Issue Project" is especially ridiculous. It's like remaking a "B" movie. If it was any good in the first place, it's for those intangibles that can't possibly be reproduced. "Stardust the Super Wizard", in particular, was worth looking at only because of the amazing Fletcher Hanks. With him gone, making a new story about him seems more than pointless. I'd call it an exercise in masochism. I'd call reading that story even more of one. It's hard to imagine any Fox comic being worth continuing. Some things may have had some kind of kitschy value at the time, but aren't worth trying to continue into the present.
